Robert "Beau" C. Sweatt Jr.
Attorney
A graduate from the University of Georgia in 1992 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, following that, he attended the Mississippi College School of Law until 1995, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Once completed, he returned to his hometown, Camden County, where worked under a local law firm from 1995 to 1997 and has been operating his own law office since then. For a time, Beau took a break to spend time with family, but in 2023 he re-opened the office with his son, R. Carleton Sweatt III.
If you missed him at the office, Beau is probably off at a Georgia football game cheering on the Dawgs.

Attorney
Carleton received his Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Georgia in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2022. Carleton then worked under a local law firm in Camden County for his internship in 2021, where he gained invaluable experience in the industry. Most recently, Carleton has collaborated with his father to re-open the Law Office of Robert C. Sweatt LLC in 2023 and to grow the business by working with his local community.
Carleton is an avid tennis and pickle-ball player, and if you can't find him at the court, then you can probably find him cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs with his family.
Melanie H. Britt
Paralegal/Office Manager
Melanie is the "go-to" person of our law office. She has been with us since the beginning, and is an integral part of our team. She is a dedicated employee who works hard to ensure that all of our clients receive the best service possible.
Melanie loves spending time with her grandchildren, exploring and learning with them. Melanie is a great asset to our team and we are grateful to have her here with us.
